Cookie Dieting Will Become Accepted One Day

It is obvious to me that cookie dieting will become more accepted one day.  It is bound to happen.

Cookie dieting is simple and it is effective.  The cookies take away hunger and cravings so that you are better able to stay on your low calorie diet.  The longer you are able to stay on your diet, the better your chances at reaching your weight loss goals.

There is no need for diet pills or massive amounts of will-power.  Let the cookies eliminate hunger and cravings and half the battle is done!

Tip: Swap a cup of pasta for a cup of vegetables

While on the R&D Diet Cookie Weight Loss Program, for your evening meal, swap that cup of pasta for a cup of vegetables.  You can save from 100-200 calories if you reduce the portion of starch on your plate and increase the amount of vegetables.

The calorie savings is important but it is even more important that the vegetables will promote fat burning while the pasta promotes fat storage and hunger by increasing insulin levels in your blood.

Always have R&D Diet Cookies on hand for a healthy snack.

Having ready-to-eat snacks always on hand sets you up for success. You'll be less likely to go to the drive-through or grab a bag of chips or candy if you have a healthy snack available that will not only curb that hunger but also any associated cravings that go along with it!

Other snacks, even when they sound healthy, may actually promote hunger so it is always safer to reach for an R&D Diet Cookie.

Success Story From An R&D Diet Cookie Customer!

I love sharing GOOD NEWS with all of you!  I received the following email yesterday from a very dear, repeat customer out of Garland, TX.  ...

Thank you so much, Dorothy, for your wonderful cookies!

Thanks to your cookies, I have met my goal of losing 20 lbs by my
69th birthday, which is today. I just made my goal today. I cut it so
close that I didn't think I was going to make it.

I started your Cookie Diet on Memorial Day and now weigh 196.
Can't tell you how happy I am to be under 200. And I have complete
confidence that I will keep on meeting my goals.

I'm a turtle, not a hare. I just keep on keeping on until I get there.
I've hit plateaus and I've taken a few little detours, but I got right
back on the Cookie path. And every day, I ate some cookies,
even when I cheated, because I knew they would help me and,
besides, they're sooo good! The cookies are a good habit now.

I'm setting a new goal of 20 more lbs by November 19. I'll be so
motivated by then, I'm confident that I'll be able to handle the holidays much
better than I ever have.

So glad I found your cookies. They are so much better for me than any of
the other cookies. I'm feeling good - blood pressure is perfect - life is
good on the R&D cookie diet.

Thanks again, Dorothy.

R&D Diet Cookies Are Several Mini'Meals Eaten During The Day

You try to eat fewer calories each day with the goal of losing weight.  If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. But when you're hungry all the time, eating fewer calories can be challenging.  Usually it is the number 2 reason for failing at your diet (number 1 is cravings).
Experts suggest people eat 4 to 5 mini meals or snacks per day in order to control their appetite and weight.

Your R&D Diet Cookies satisfy this "mini meal" suggestion plus they have the added advantage of being a natural appetite and craving suppresant because of their proprietary ingredients.

Enjoy your cookies as small meals or snacks during the day.  Dinner should be the last time you eat.

How Can You Tell If It's Really Hunger?

Whenever you feel like eating you should look for the physical signs of hunger in order to determine if it really is hunger.  Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel.  So if you eat for any other reason rather than hunger you won't actually be satisfying your desire to eat and you can end up overeating and taking in too many calories.

Your stomach is only the size of your fist so it takes only 1 or 2 R&D Diet Cookies to fill it comfortably.  Keeping this in mind will help get you more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness and will help you learn how to maintain after you lose the weight.

When you're done eating, you should feel better and satisfied -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.

Diet Tip - Drink Plenty of Calorie-Fre Beverages

You can help keep your daily calories low while you are on the R&D Diet Cookie  weight loss program by drinking plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.

People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.

If you don't like plain water, try adding a splash of lemon or other juice, or brew infused teas like peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories.
