The Biggest Loser = Abuse!


I don’t like the show “The Biggest Loser” and I am more than happy to tell you why.

First, let me say that if you are able to follow the advice and example of The Biggest Loser… if you have the time and fortitude and are able to devote and commit to hours of exercise a day… if you can follow their suggested eating plans… then, by all means do so.  I commend you and I admire you.

That being said… most of us will not keep up with the rigorous exercise regimen that is promoted by the two little Buffy and Jody types who are the trainers on the show.

Yes, we could do it if we are removed from our homes, confined as a group and yelled at daily by our personal trainer for a certain number of weeks.  The super-wealthy call that a Spa or Fat Farm, and they pay megabucks to go there to lose weight and come out looking like a super-model (briefly).  BUT!!!... most of us could not and would not continue it at home.

I don’t like the fact that the show is NOT teaching realistic skills you can use at home in your busy lives.  They are NOT teaching us how to lose weight and keep it off. They are NOT teaching us skills we can use outside “The Biggest Loser” TV set that will help us keep the weight off.  Most people who are overweight will not maintain the hours of daily exercise the show encourages/promotes. 

It is my opinion the Buffy and Jody on this show are abusing overweight people verbally, emotionally, and physically all for the sake of TV ratings and their own pocketbooks.  They are NOT teaching them how to lose weight and keep it off. 

Have I made myself clear? 

If you are able to “eat right and exercise” in order to lose weight then by all means do so.  You don’t need the help of R&D Diet Cookies.  But, if you are like the majority of people who have been on many diets, have lost weight over and over again, have given up on too many diets to count, then please try the R&D Diet Cookie.  The cookies are nutritious, tasty, filling and they keep away hunger and cravings.  And WE know cravings are actually harder to control than hunger.  You can use them as designed to lose weight quickly or you can use them to supplement any diet program you chose.  Nibble on the cookies here and there throughout the day.  The cookies will enable you to stay on your diet so that you can cut calories and lose weight once and for all and stop the insane yo-yo-ing we have all experienced.

Another R&D Diet Cookie Success Story

I received an email today from Sharon Adams in Pittsburgh.  She lost 55 pounds using the R&D Diet Cookie.  She said it took her almost a year but that she wasn't very strict in her efforts.
