Another R&D Diet Cookie Success Story

I received an email today from Sharon Adams in Pittsburgh.  She lost 55 pounds using the R&D Diet Cookie.  She said it took her almost a year but that she wasn't very strict in her efforts.

Sharon is a runner and she was frustrated that running did not cause her to lose weight.  She just kept getting bigger.  After talking with her, we decided that she would start on a low-carb version of our cookie diet.  She still ate 4 to 6 cookies during the day and finished with a low-carb dinner.

It is obvious to me that cookie dieting will become more accepted one day.  It is bound to happen.

Cookie dieting is simple and it is effective.  The cookies take away hunger and cravings so that you are better able to stay on your low calorie diet.  The longer you are able to stay on your diet, the better your chances at reaching your weight loss goals.

There is no need for diet pills or massive amounts of will-power.  Let the cookies eliminate hunger and cravings and half the battle is done!
