Dieting is Best For Fast Weight Loss

When it comes to weight loss, calories count the most.  We recommend around 800 to 1000 calories per day while on the R&D Diet Cookies weight loss program.  Dietitians more typically recommend 1,200 calories as a daily minimum but here at R&D Diet Cookie we think “quicker is better”.  Of course, some days you will simply want more calories and on those days you should!  The number one rule is to never go hungry.
