Four Common Weight Loss Myths

We are on the R&D Diet Cookie program in order to lose weight once and for all!
Here are 4 common weight loss myths that may actually ruin our efforts to shed pounds:

1. Cardio burns more fat than strenght training.   
2. Certain exercises can cause spot reduction.    
3. Do not eat after 7:00 pm    
4. Do not eat in between meals.
