How Can You Tell If It's Really Hunger?

Whenever you feel like eating you should look for the physical signs of hunger in order to determine if it really is hunger.  Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel.  So if you eat for any other reason rather than hunger you won't actually be satisfying your desire to eat and you can end up overeating and taking in too many calories.

Your stomach is only the size of your fist so it takes only 1 or 2 R&D Diet Cookies to fill it comfortably.  Keeping this in mind will help get you more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness and will help you learn how to maintain after you lose the weight.

When you're done eating, you should feel better and satisfied -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.
