It Takes Effort to Lose Weight

In order to be successful at losing weight, you must take action.  That doesn’t mean it has to be difficult, it means you can’t simply ‘wish’ your weight away.

Nothing is more frustrating than to see that you are gaining weight again.

It pays to be prepared, and that comes down to having a plan that works. It's not always exciting. It's not always fun. It is, however, always necessary. The R&D Diet Cookie can help here.  You know it works… you just have to allow it.
